Bulls win at Carlisle

Hereford United have defeated Carlisle 2-1 this evening.

Graham Turner has made several changes to the starting eleven for tonight's game at Carlisle.

Kris Taylor regains his place as does Ben Smith, Karl Broadhurst and Simon Johnson. Richard Jackson misses out and Darren Dennehy is dropped to the bench. Sam Hewson and Jack Macleod are both out injured.

Team: Gulacsi, Rose, Diagouraga, Taylor, Brandy, B Smith, Guinan, Broadhurst, Done, Johnson, Beckwith.

Subs: - Gwynne, O'Leary, Williams, Veiga, Dennehy.

Broadhurst will captain the Hereford United side.

Conditions are not ideal. Before the game our reporter says it's currently 'tipping it down' at Brunton Park.

And around 40 supporters have made the long trip. Even before kick-off they sound in good voice.

In just the sixth minute, Matty Done crossed for Steve Guinan to put Hereford in front. After the hosts had a number of chances, Hereford shocked Brunton Park by doubling their advantage with Ben Smith scoring the second. On the stroke of half-time, Michael Bridges pulled a goal back for Carlisle from 30 yards.

Full report to follow.
