Pitman Considers Longer Elder Stay

Jamie Pitman has told BBC Hereford and Worcester that he will consider a longer deal for Nathan Elder if the striker continues his good form.

The 26 year old has netted as many goals in a month for the Bulls as he did in two years at Shrewsbury, with Pitman telling the BBC: "He's been fantastic and has fitted in well with his performances and how hard he is working.

"His work rate has been fantastic and that is what is keeping him in the team at the moment. At the moment he is on loan from Hayes and Yeading and we are looking to continue with that loan period until January, then, come the new year, we will reassess it and if he continues the way he is doing he will prove a point."

Pitman also spoke to the BBC about Janos Kovacs' situation. The central defender is back at Edgar Street after his loan expiration, but talks are ongoing:

"He's back here at the moment and there are ongoing discussions about it all, Janos obviously wants to go there because he is playing games and we are happy for him to go there.

"We have now got to come to some arrangement as to how things are going to progress and we are doing that as quickly as possible."
