News Round-Up

Macclesfield have confirmed that manager Brian Horton has left the club by mutual consent. Assistant boss Glyn Chamberlain will take charge of their final match with Southend. Former Bull Tony James needed three stitches in a wound during Burton's win over Macclesfield. The defender is expected to be fit to face Barnet on the final day.

Bournemouth say they have resolved their dispute with the Bournemouth Echo and the paper can resume reporting on the club. The pair fell out over what the club deemed as negative coverage. Bradford have told midfielder Dave Syers that their contract offer to him remains on the table. He rejected the deal in January but the Bantams have left the door open.

Plymouth have lost the services of veteran striker Steve Fletcher after Bournemouth opted to recall him.  The 39 year old still has one year left on his Dean Court contract. Oldham are facing a race to repair damaged caused to their Boundary Park home after high winds over the weekend ripped cladding from one of their stands leaving a 15ft hole. 

Luton have released three players ahead of their Conference play-off campaign. Defender Ed Asafu-Adjaye, winger Charlie Henry and midfielder Christian Tavernier were all bit-part players during the current season.
