News Round-Up

Barnet Player/Manager Edgar Davids has threatened to quit playing after being sent of for the third time this season. Davids has played only nine games this season, during which the Bees have had seven players sent off, and now claims they are being victimised by officials. Cambridge boss Richard Money is the next manager to claim his side aren't getting any favours from refs after they had a good goal ruled offside during their goalless draw with Nuneaton.

Forest Green have allowed loan striker James Alabi to return to Scunthorpe. He failed to score in six games during a month at the New Lawn. Chester boss Neil Young says his side lacks a 'killer instinct' but he is struggling to find a striker that will come to his part-time side. Young will have to loan out players in order to fund a signing.

Luton loanee Pelly Ruddock has been recalled to West Ham. The utility man played four times for the Hatters in the Conference, with them winning every game and netting 17 goals. Macclesfield have announced that defender Steve Williams is the last of their current squad to agree a contract extension to the end of the season. Three younger players will leave Moss Rose, with striker Jay Burgess the only one of the trio to have had any first team experience.

Lincoln defender Alan Power will miss four games after the club decided not to appeal against his second red card of the season on Saturday. Midfielder Jake Sheridan is also serving a three match ban after being sent off on Boxing Day.
