Lonsdale: Wages Paid Today "To My Knowledge"

Andy Lonsdale has told one fan that wages will be paid today as far as he is aware, suggesting the Club Chairman is not part of the payment process.

In response to a question, the fan got a single line reply: "They are being paid today to my knowledge"

Responses from Lonsdale have dried up considerably from the initial barrage of answers. Several fans are reporting that their queries are going unanswered. One such wrote a second email after the first failed to elicit a response:

Good afternoon

I am slightly concerned that I have not received an acknowledgment to my e-mail of yesterday, but can understand that you have probably received a good deal of correspondence from other concerned Hereford United supporters. I can also see that I offered little in the way of dialogue-more an expression of where I see things at present.

So, with that in mind, can I raise the following issues:
1. It is accepted that the current staff are still waiting for salary payments-I understand that you have received confirmation from the club's accountants that this will be resolved today. It would certainly demonstrate the current board's bona fides if it could be confirmed that this has now been completed. Can you assist?
2. Have the previous employees now received all outstanding payments and tax documentation? It may well be that a number of former employees have been prejudiced by not being provided with their P45s as this will impact on their current tax liabilities
3. Can you please confirm who's decision it was to limit capacity at Edgar Street to 1000. The club's or the Local Authority? And what steps are being taken to increase that capacity (recognizing that no gate this season has come close to reaching that capacity). Are contingency plans in place in the event that an accommodation is met with those fans currently boycotting the club
4. Are the current playing staff employed by Hereford United (1939) Limited? Does Mark Ellis have any role at the club? Are any players connected to his agencies?
5. Are you at liberty to confirm that the bond sought by the Conference Board could be drawn down to discharge debts to football creditors as at June 2014. In other words that the much discussed £350K was not "dead money" for 12 months but was purely to be deposited to ensure debts to football creditors were met.
6. It is understood that you have loaned the club the funds to resolve the claims of Martin Foyle and Andy Porter. Can you confirm that that loan has been taken by the club in accordance with its Articles of Association as it appears that firstly it would further increase the Limited Company's debt (whilst subject to ongoing winding up proceedings) and secondly it was made at a time when the Club lacked a quorate of 3 Directors.

I look forward to your response
