Companies House lists that there are proposals to strike off both the 1939 and 1982 Hereford United companies from the list at Companies House.
The proposals are likely to be due to their last returns to Companies House being more than two months overdue - having both been due on July 3rd.
The 1982 company has also seen another Director resign, with Nick Nenadich resigning his role on September 19th - leaving both David Keyte and Grenville Smith as Directors of the company.
