Salisbury "Owner" Admits He Has No Money

Salisbury's Moroccan "owner" has told a Court he has no money.

Medi Outail Touzer attempted to overturn the club's Administration order in the High Court but ended up with a £1,700 bill for the hearing - and admitted he could not afford to pay it.

Touzer, who had claimed wealth and investors backing him, told the Court he had no means to pay the bill after being told he had no right of appeal and had to settle the sum in 14 days or face potential bankruptcy.

It has also been revealed that Touzer has also not paid the £1200 bill for an earlier appeal to the FA.

Meanwhile, Nuneaton's new owner has laid out a five year plan to fans. Lee Thorne expects the club to go full time and win promotion to the Football League within five years after taking a majority stake in the club during the summer.

Thorne told a press conference that gates had fallen since Coventry's return to the Ricoh Arena saw many boycotting fans return to the Sky Blues, leaving the club with less than 700 home fans for their last games.
