News Round-Up


Bristol Rovers' six day court hearing has concluded with the Judge to consider her verdict in the coming days. The club claim Sainsburys spent three years delaying the planning process after deciding the planned store did not meet their financial targets. The supermarket deny this and say they met all the terms of the contract between the two parties.

Torquay is now majority owned by the current board after Thea Bristow handed over 80% of her shareholding to the existing Directors. They have given Bristow assurances that they have the finances to run the club for next season, but have also told her they will seek talks with new investors and the Supporters Trust. 

Salisbury have announced a price cut for their u16 admission charges from £4 to £2 after complaints from fans. Season tickets for the same age group have dropped to £30.
