Dunkirk have promoted assistant manager Tom Richardson to be their new manager in the wake of Nick Hawkins' resignation. The RAF Corporal joined the club in the summer from Beeston. Ex-Bull Tyler Weir has taken his first steps in management by helping out a Worcester Sunday League side. Colletts Green have two former Worcester City teammates in their ranks.

After their successful "Save Top Field" campaign to stop a sale of their ground by the charity owners, Hitchin Town are to now consult fans and the community over their future plans for the ground. The consultation will have three options attached, with the first to do nothing. The other options are to partially renovate the ground, or to move to a new site at a nearby school. A club statement says that the next move will only happen with a 'common vision' among all parties.

Newport's Supporters Trust says it needs a further £10,000 to fund their takeover on the club on what is now the deadline day to meet the £195,000 target. On the pitch the club remain bottom of the Football League after a 3-0 home defeat to Crawley, managed by former caretaker boss Jimmy Dack, last night.

Maidstone have reported a six figure profit for the third successive year thanks to their 3G surface. The profits have been reinvested by the club's co-owners, spending £650,000 to bring the Gallagher Stadium up to scratch for National South and a 3,000 capacity.
