It's King's Lynn On Tuesday

Next for Hereford FC is the very long trip to King's Lynn on Tuesday. But there is a question about how many supporters will be able to travel.

The game was originally set to be played on Saturday November 25th with a 3pm kick-off. No doubt a fair few supporters would have made the journey from Herefordshire that day, joined by a number from the London area.

However with the game on Tuesday the number of those backing the Bulls could be one of the lowest this season.

Even getting back by train to London after the game takes well over two hours not arriving in the capital until 00.51am.

Getting back to Hereford will take longer.

Another point which has riled some supporters is the charge to watch the game which is £16 to sit and £15 to stand.

To be fair to King's Lynn, the charges were announced well in advance, but some have questioned whether the cost was risen by £3 simply to put off Hereford supporters.

Whatever the reasons the game has to be played.

The ground itself consists of a large main stand able to seat 1200 and a covered terrace opposite as well as an open end behind each goal.

Capacity is said to be over 5000 so there should be plenty of room. Average attendance at The Walks this season is 746.

There might not be that many more at the game on Tuesday. A shame if that's the case.
