HFC and HUST Board member Chris Williams is set to offer himself for nomination by HUST for a further term on the club board.
It's understood that Williams, unlike Martin Watson and Mike Langford who both stepped down recently, would like to carry on as a club director.
His decision means that HUST now have three places to fill on the HFC Board.
Meanwhile any HUST member thinking of putting themselves up for nomination will be forwarded a 'recruitment pack'.
It's believed this pack will contain information about specific roles that new directors would have to agree before being accepted on the HFC board.
